About the Role
As a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing the skills you need to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Understand client requirements and source high‑quality talent
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from advertising to placement
- Complete compliance checks and adhere to GDPR
- Create and manage adverts
- Onboard new workers
- Support temporary and permanent recruitment needs
- High volume administration
- Support marketing initiatives
- Negotiate offers and maximise earning potential
- Work towards realistic KPIs and targets
About You
No prior recruitment experience required; full training provided.
