Due to a busy period, we're on the lookout for Customer Service Executives to join the team from the beginning of July.
Start Date: Early July
Location: Office-based, Portsmouth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM–5:30PM
Duration: 3 months

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming customer calls and helping with enquiries
- Asking key questions to register and set up claims
- Managing various customer enquiries
- Logging accurate information into the system
- Supporting the team with general admin tasks
We’re Looking for People Who:
- Have previous customer service experience (this must be telephone-based)
- Are confident communicators with strong admin skills
- Are available to start at the beginning of July
- Can commit to a full 3-month assignment - this is of high importance
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
