Contract Cleaning Supervisor - End of Tenancy Cleans Location: You will need to be able to commute into the head office at Portsmouth regularly however you will need to be able to travel between Aldershot & Andover (Two Sites) Reports to: Contract Manager / Area Manager Salary : £15.50 per hour although is negotiable , plus company benefits You will also be provided with a company van and fuel card Hours: Full-time, flexible shifts (including some weekends) Salary: Competitive + mileage allowance Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established service provider in the UK We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contract Cleaning Supervisor to lead an end-of-tenancy cleaning operations across two key sites in Aldershot and Andover. You will be responsible for supervising cleaning teams, ensuring high standards are maintained, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent service to our clients. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively. As a Contract Cleaning Supervisor your responsibilities will be as follows : Operational Supervision - Oversee daily cleaning operations at both sites, ensuring end-of-tenancy cleans meet agreed quality standards and timeframes. Staff Management - Allocate work, brief teams, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training where required. Quality Control - Carry out site inspections, complete checklists, and address any quality issues promptly. Client Liaison - Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to requests and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stock & Equipment Management - Monitor and order cleaning supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure all items are stored safely. Compliance & Safety - Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and company policies. Scheduling & Reporting - Plan staff rotas, record working hours, and report operational updates to management. Multi-site Coordination - Travel regularly between Aldershot and Andover to manage both sites effectively. Requirements Proven supervisory experience in contract cleaning, preferably in end-of-tenancy or deep-clean environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Strong communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. Knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe use of cleaning equipment/products.
