Contract and Sales Support Location: Reading Salary: £30,000 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting on behalf of a leading national provider of fire and security solutions, trusted by thousands of businesses across the country. With many years of industry experience, this team prides itself on delivering exceptional service and high-quality, reliable systems. They are now looking to expand their team who share their commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. About the role: The role of Contracts & Sales Support is primarily to manage and support existing client contracts, onboard new clients and provide sales support, including submitting tenders and quotations. In addition to establishing strong client relationships, the role will require communication between departments including Sales, Operations, Technical Team, and Accounts to ensure that all client expectations are being delivered. General Responsibilities Maintain contact with clients through regular phone calls/care calls and attend meetings with the Sales Director and Head of Operations where necessary. To maintain up to date information on the client requirements on SharePoint. Training internal team members on any new accounts/tasks and changes to the operations of an account. Assist the Sales Team with tenders and quotations when there is an increase in enquires. To work closely with the Sales Team to maintain or increase conversion of quotes to accepted works orders. To promote new products and work cohesively with the Sales Team to grow and retain the account. To ensure the invoicing on your accounts is carried out by Accounts Team accurately, feedback any issues to management. To ensure overdue debt is kept to a minimum on the account with the assistance of the Accounts Team.
