BMS Engineer wanted to join a very modern multimillion pound business! Salary up to £55K to £60K DEO Company Vehicle + Fuel Card Plus Employee Profit Share Bonus!

Hours: 7am to 4PM

Join a rapidly growing £85m turnover business, with a strong pipeline of BMS and controls projects and an established team of experienced engineers. This is a great opportunity for a BMS Engineer with 2+ years experience, who enjoys the technical side of BMS, particularly servicing, fault finding, commissioning and small works, while still having the opportunity to get involved with installation work where required.

You’ll be working across a variety of small to medium sized BMS projects, working with leading control platforms and dealing directly with clients and site teams.

Key BMS Service Engineer Responsibilities

  • Carry out BMS servicing, fault finding and diagnostics across a range of systems
  • Undertake commissioning of small BMS systems and projects
  • Complete point-to-point testing and identify issues through commissioning
  • Work closely with the Service Manager on software strategy and implementation
  • Modify and update BMS graphics where required
  • Calibrate sensors, actuators and associated control equipment
  • Work across protocols including Modbus, BACnet and Lon
  • Work on multiple small to medium-sized BMS projects
  • Liaise directly with clients, site managers and other project stakeholders
  • Support with occasional installation works when required
  • Ensure BMS systems are operating efficiently and identify opportunities for improvements or remedial works

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a BMS Service Engineer / BMS Engineer
  • Strong experience with BMS platforms including Tridium, Trend and/or Centraline
  • Understanding of HVAC systems
  • Drivers licence
