Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a role where your work directly supports customer and building safety?
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Safety Administrator to join an established organisation in Bracknell. This is a varied administrative role supporting important safety programmes across areas including fire safety, asbestos, lifting and water safety.
You'll play a key role in coordinating appointments, managing customer and colleague enquiries, maintaining accurate records and supporting the delivery of essential safety programmes.
The Role
- Coordinating access appointments for customer safety programmes and risk assessments.
- Managing and prioritising enquiries from customers and colleagues via email, telephone and internal systems.
- Reviewing digital workstreams and identifying and escalating priorities to the wider Customer Safety team.
- Supporting annual programmes of work and recommendations arising from risk assessments.
- Allocating work, raising jobs and purchase orders, and liaising with internal and external customers.
- Producing regular reports and KPI information to support assurance and delivery.
- Collecting, inputting and maintaining accurate information across management systems.
- Working closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure information and actions are completed accurately and on time.
- Supporting mandatory and best-practice compliance requirements.
- Promoting the importance of customer and building safety across the organisation and through customer campaigns.
- Providing general administrative support as required.
About You
We're looking for someone with a strong administrative background who is confident managing a varied workload and working to deadlines. You'll ideally have:
- Strong IT skills and practical experience using Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated approach.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- The confidence to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or changing environment.
- An understanding of Landlord Health & Safety requirements would be desirable, although not essential.
