My client, a leading domestic heating and renewables company with 350+ staff, have internal training co-ordinators and are willing to put the time in. You will be joining the electrical retrofit department, working on a strong pipeline of domestic contracts covering solar, air source heat pumps, electric heating, ventilation systems, rewires, installs and more. With plenty of work secured and an ambitious growth plan, this is a secure and rewarding long term role.
Electrician Package & Benefits:
- Starting salary: Up to £42K
- Company van + fuel card
- Overtime opportunities (weekends available - one Saturday a month could add £2.5K/year!)

Day to Day of the new Retrofit Electrician:
- Testing, inspection, rewires, fan swaps, and installs across retrofit projects
- First month shadowing an established Electrician to ensure you are fully confident before going solo
- Working as part of a growing, supportive team delivering retrofit and renewables installations
What we are looking for:
- Level 3 NVQ, AM2 & 18th Edition qualified Electrician
- Able to commute through Dorset
- Experience working in domestic environments
