Bookkeeper
Location: Croydon
Salary: up to Β£35,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week 9AM till 5PM Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their friendly and dedicated office team
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in the construction industry and strong working knowledge of CIS and VAT to play a key role in supporting the company s finance function
The role of a Bookkeeper
- Assist with CIS submissions, reconciliations, and BACS payments
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Match internal and external invoices to purchase orders using internal systems
- Record and process supplier invoices accurately
- Liaise directly with clients regarding books and records
- Appropriately code payables for later accountant input
- Provide general administrative and clerical finance support
- Undertake additional bookkeeping duties as required by management

- Proven experience in a finance or bookkeeping role within the construction industry
