Dynamite Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a long-term client who has a brand-new vacancy to join their team. They are recruiting for a Bid Executive. This role will play a critical part in the strategy for the attraction of new business through tenders.

Purpose of job: The Bid Executive will support the winning and delivery of profitable business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure the identification of all tender/bid opportunities within the markets which the company operates and prepare these for commercial gate review.
  • Work closely with the relevant teams and portals to keep abreast of the market movements and implement effective bid engagement strategies on behalf of the business.
  • Ensure these opportunities are accurately logged and updated on NAV.
  • Manage these opportunities through gated process, ensuring sufficient information from the client/market for robust qualification.
  • Develop outline proposals/RFI/PQQ responses.
  • Develop full proposals including pricing/ROI model, risk register and high-level mobilization.
  • Support the timely submission of bids and proposals.
  • Support pipeline reporting activities.
  • Conduct regular reviews of win/loss reasons to evolve quality of bid materials.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both external customers and your internal customers.
