Administrator – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Petersfield (Hybrid – 4 days WFH, 1 day in office) Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Contract: 12-Month FTC Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be supporting a UK based specialist award winning business within a busy period. My client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join a specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated administrator to work in a professional, FCA-regulated environment, providing critical support to the function. If you are an experienced administrator who thrives on accuracy, coordination, and clear communication — and you’re looking for a flexible hybrid role — this could be the perfect next step for you. The Role As an Administrator you’ll provide essential administrative support to a team, ensuring the efficient recovery, disposal, and processing of assets following account terminations. You’ll work closely with other internal departments, and customers, to ensure all assets are managed and processed efficiently and compliantly. Key Responsibilities Completing general administration for a specialist team. Assign third parties based on geographical location and case type, monitoring performance and challenging results when needed. Ensure that other departments have the most up-to-date information from company systems. Process completion reports, invoices, and documentation to ensure that assets are prepared for resale quickly and accurately. Manage all correspondence relating to recovery, sale, and final billing while keeping customers informed. Handle customer queries and escalate complaints where appropriate. Undertake administrative duties related to asset recovery, including DVLA and manufacturer communications. About You We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused individual with excellent communication skills. You’ll be confident managing multiple tasks, liaising with third parties, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. Essential skills and experience: Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent time management and organisation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience in an FCA-regulated business Knowledge of asset recovery, vehicle finance, or compliance processes. Why Join?
