Dynamite Recruitment are partnered with a well established building services leader employing over 350 staff across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit new qualified Electricians with experience in the solar installation field.

The Solar PV Electrician's day to day:

  • Carry out installation of residential solar PV systems, typically small scale packages of around 6 panels per job.
  • Complete electrical connections to a competent level, including DC isolators, AC isolators, and inverter integration.
  • Travelling in a mobile role, covering Telford and surrounding areas, looking after a large exclusive contract in the housing sector.
  • Work organised by a dedicated office team, strategically booked to be close together each working day.
  • Working in a large team, with supportive management, having someone at the end of the phone at all times.

The requirements for this Solar PV Electrician role:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Systems.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • BPEC qualification (or equivalent) in Solar PV installation.
