Your responsibilities will be

  • Coordinate planned and reactive work schedules, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing timely updates throughout the job lifecycle.
  • Manage a busy shared inbox, responding promptly to enquiries and requests.
  • Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to arrange attendance and monitor job progress.
  • Produce service reports and raise invoices accurately following completed work.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's job management system.
  • Ensure excellent communication between customers, engineers and internal teams.
