Responsibilities
- Produce Stage 5, construction-ready MEP 3D BIM & REVIT models and detailed drawings.
- Work hands‑on in Revit, integrating point cloud data for accurate as‑built referencing.
- Coordinate BIM models across contractors, architects, and project stakeholders using BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Conduct clash detection, QA, and ensure designs comply with UK building standards.
- Collaborate with project teams and occasionally attend sites to see coordinated designs come to life.
- Oversee a small coordination team.
Qualifications
- MEP background with proficiency in Revit.
- Familiarity with point cloud data.
- Experience managing BIM coordination through CDEs such as BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Proven experience leading a team of MEP Revit coordinators.
