BMS Project Manager wanted to join a very modern multimillion pound business!

Salary up to £85K + £5K car allowance + Employee profit share bonus AND Management bonus scheme (Although there will be flexibility for highly experienced candidates).

Canary Wharf office with travel to site. Join a rapidly growing £85m turnover business, with turnover increasing year on year, with a strong pipeline of major BMS projects.

You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of major BMS and controls projects, typically valued at £2m to £4m+, working across the full project lifecycle.

Key BMS PM Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from pre-construction handover through to completion and aftercare support
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Drive programme performance, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
  • Lead client and project meetings, providing clear progress updates and commercial reporting
  • Oversee project health & safety compliance and environmental standards
  • Manage technical submissions, RFIs, commissioning activities, and project close-out processes
  • Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager managing construction or building services projects
  • Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Metasys, or similar systems
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued between £2M to £4M
  • Previous exposure to data centres or critical infrastructure
