Covering: High Voltage (HV) & Extra High Voltage (EHV) Connections

Salary: Up to £60,000/ £65,000 starting salary + Company Package (Negotiable depending on experience)

This High Voltage Project Manager opportunity is to join an exceptionally stable, fast growing NERS-accredited Independent Connections Provider (ICP) with an outstanding reputation across the UK power and utility infrastructure sector!

Operating as a tight knit business of 30 employees, they pride themselves on maintaining a genuinely supportive and enjoyable environment. Unlike massive corporate contractors where you are just a number, here you will work alongside an approachable leadership team in their newly refurbished, state of the art office spaces where your input directly shapes the expansion of the business!

With a rock solid, healthy project pipeline stretching straight through to 2027 and into ED3, they are now looking for an experienced HV Project Manager to continue their expansion into major 33kV & 132kV asset replacement and EHV major connection works.

The HV Project Manager, Day to Day:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of major electrical connection projects across HV and EHV networks (33kV to 132kV).
  • Managing project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, logistics, and strict cost control.
  • Working collaboratively with clients, DNOs (SSEN, UKPN), IDNOs, and internal engineering teams.
  • Overseeing site safety, compliance, inspection processes, and quality assurance across multiple sites.
  • Managing contracts, suppliers, and third-party contractors to ensure seamless site handovers.

What You'll Need:

  • Essential experience working with DNOs or Tier 1 connection contractors, as a High Voltage Project Manager.
  • Proven background within electrical infrastructure, utilities, or power networks (HV/LV).
  • Technical familiarity with 33kV & 132kV connections/assets (Operational or Design & Operational experience is a major bonus).
  • Must live within a comfortable, daily commutable distance to Buckinghamshire.
