Location: Chichester

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: Up to £28,000 dependant on experience. Please note - this is a 3 month FTC, with possibilities to be extended further but not guaranteed at this time.

The Role

This is a varied and integral position, supporting the preparation of quotations, management of service contracts, and day-to-day commercial administration. You will work closely with internal teams and clients, making strong communication skills and attention to detail essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing accurate quotations within agreed deadlines
  • Managing and maintaining service contracts and related documentation
  • Updating and maintaining customer and contract records within the CRM system
  • Logging client interactions, quotations, and updates on the CRM
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
  • Assisting with pricing, costings, and commercial data
  • Ensuring records and systems are kept accurate and up to date
  • Supporting contract renewals and amendments
  • Monitoring deadlines and helping ensure contractual requirements are met

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role
  • A proactive, self-starting approach
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is advantageous
