- Relevant damp & timber qualifications/certifications desirable.
- Experience in a similar role within the social housing industry.
Key Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Conduct building inspections and technical surveys.
- Diagnose defects including damp, mould, and disrepair issues.
- Prepare clear reports and remedial work specifications.
- Manage repair and refurbishment works through to completion.
- Supervise operatives and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure health & safety standards and compliance are maintained.
- Monitor quality, costs, and programme delivery.
- Support recruitment, inductions, toolbox talks, and team development.
