About the Role
As a key member of our events team, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination and delivery of weddings and private events. From the initial enquiry to the final farewell, you’ll ensure every detail is executed flawlessly – delivering exceptional service and truly memorable occasions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with couples and clients to plan bespoke weddings and events
  • Coordinate all elements of the day – from catering and décor to entertainment and logistics
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
  • Conduct venue tours and client meetings, offering expert advice and support throughout
  • Manage event timelines, budgets and post-event feedback
  • Be present on the day of events to oversee set-up and provide on-site coordination

  • Previous experience in wedding or event coordination (or similar customer-facing planning role)
  • Outstanding organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules
