About the Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing the skills you need to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry:
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Understanding client requirements and sourcing high-quality talent
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
- To complete compliance checks and adhere to GDPR
- To create and managed adverts
- To complete the onboarding of new workers
- To support either temporary and permanent recruitment needs
- To complete high volumes of administration
- To support with marketing
- Negotiating offers and maximising earning potential
- Working towards realistic KPIs and targets
