We are recruiting for a senior Financial Planning Administrator to join an independent financial planning firm on a part time basis (3 days a week). You will be experienced within financial services. Duties:
- Processing new business
- Processing investment bonds (on and offshore), ISAs, Venture, Capital Trusts, Pensions, PMI and Life related business
- Coordinate annual review packs, valuations, and policy summaries.
- Prepare reports, illustrations, and documentation as required.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather required documentation, update personal and financial details, and schedule reviews.
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, over the phone and written
- Experience using Xplan
- Confident working with Microsoft Excel
- At least 4 years working in Financial Planning industry
