Salary: Up to £42,000 + Lucrative Bonus Scheme (OTE £52K)

- Realistic OTE of £52,000 earned through performance bonuses

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps / an ASHP Engineer role
- Relevant plumbing/heating qualifications
- Knowledge of MCS standards and building regulations
- Full UK driving licence
Your day-to-day will include:
- Installing Air Source Heat Pump systems efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality finish
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with MCS regulations, building regulations, and industry best practice
- Carrying out repairs, minor works, and remedial call-backs when required
- Liaising with residents and clients to communicate work being undertaken
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
