We are on the hunt for a Pre-Sales / Technical Support Engineer to provide expert support to our client's sales teams and key commercial/residential customers. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver pre-sales and application support to both the sales team and clients
  • Provide HVAC system selection and quotation support for AHUs, Heat Pumps, Chillers & AC units
  • Conduct technical assessments and on-site sizing inspections for residential heat pump projects
  • Review specifications, tender documents, and drawings from consultants
  • Assist with system light design for heating, cooling, and ventilation
  • Support clients throughout the order-to-delivery journey, including preparing submittals
