About the Role:
As a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing the skills you need to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry:
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Understanding client requirements and sourcing high-quality talent
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
- Performing compliance checks and adhering to GDPR
- Creating and managing adverts
- Completing the onboarding of new workers
- Supporting temporary and permanent recruitment needs
- Completing high volumes of administration
- Assisting with marketing
- Negotiating offers and maximising earning potential
- Working towards realistic KPIs and targets
About You:
No prior recruitment experience is required although beneficial — full training is provided. We are looking for individuals who are:
