We’re looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Paraplanner to join an independent Financial planning team. This role involves supporting advisers in delivering tailored financial advice through detailed research, analysis, and suitability reporting. Ideal for someone already Level 4 qualified (or working towards it) and keen to grow in a client-focused, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Produce client-specific suitability reports based on thorough analysis of fact-finding data
- Research appropriate investment and pension products aligned with client needs
- Work closely with advisers and compliance to ensure advice meets regulatory standards
- Processing new business including pension and ISA switches
- Assist with new business processing and client queries where needed
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it)
- 1 year + experience within a Paraplanning role
- Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and compliance processes
- Excellent written communication and research skills
