Join a company of over 350 permanent staff, who have a strong pipeline of domestic retrofit and renewable projects! There is plenty of overtime available in this role, plus the business has an internal training co-ordinator to support, should you wish to develop in your position.

Day-to-Day of the Solar Roofer:
- Install solar panel mounting systems on pitched and flat roofs
- Assess roof conditions and prepare surfaces for installation
- Perform waterproofing and sealing to protect the roof integrity
- Secure mounting systems to withstand environmental conditions
- Work closely with Electricians and the wider solar team to deliver safe, high-quality installs
- Follow HSE regulations, carry out risk assessments, and always maintain a safe site environment
