  • Mechanical Design Engineer

Mechanical and Renewables Design Engineer – High-End Residential ProjectsLocation: Greenwich (3 or more Days WFH depending on candidates wishes)Salary: £35K–£55K DOE + Route to senior roles & even shares!Join a growing, design-led building services consultancy working on some of the most prestigious residential projects in the UK and internationally. With over 40 live projects and a strong pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in the business at a pivotal time.They’re also doing significant work in the renewable space — particularly with air source heat pumps and low-carbon HVAC systems, making this a great opportunity for someone passionate about sustainable design!You’ll be working closely with a highly respected and approachable director who genuinely values his team and fosters a positive, supportive working cultureWhat’s on Offer:

The Role:

  • Deliver in-house mechanical designs across a range of bespoke residential projects
  • Projects range from luxury London terraces to very large homes (UK and overseas)
  • Lead client discussions, attend site visits, and represent the business externally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services consultancy design
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including air source heat pumps and AC
  • Personable and confident communicator – able to build strong client relationships
  • Strong grasp of applicable design principles and UK building standards
  • Willingness to travel to sites across London when required
