Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: Up to £43,250 P/A based on experience
Hours: full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful company, due to growth within the brand and taking on new contracts – we are looking for an experienced and confidentMaintenance Supervisor.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed.
- Reporting accidents efficiently and accurately.
- Overseeing stock levels.
- Handling escalated queries and complaints.
- Survey work and analyse patterns for improvement.
- Carry out employee investigations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Step in when management is absent.
- Oversee a team and delegate tasks.
- Ensure you are knowledgeable within the field and can be a point of contact for other employees.
Ideally, you will be/have:
- Able to recruit and train staff members.
- Experience in supervising/managing a team (essential)
- Proficient in using MS Office and other IT platforms.
- Able to adapt in a busy environment.
- Experience in maintenance/construction/housing (essential)
Qualifications needed:
- A full driving license.
- NVQ or Equivalent in a trade.
- Health and Safety qualification(desirable)
- Scaffold Inspector course (desirable)
