Overview
Refrigeration & AC Service and Repairs Engineer
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + door-to-door travel pay + annual bonus (based on up to 8% of your annual salary; potential stretch for exceptional candidates). Available exclusively via Dynamite Recruitment. We are flexible on base location as you will go directly to site most days, with two core offices in SE London & Central London.

The Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer Role:
- You’ll be a strong Refrigeration and AC engineer, confident diagnosing and repairing complex refrigeration and AC systems.
- Primarily servicing commercial and hospitality clients across London (e.g., Mayfair restaurants and hotels).
- You’ll also be part of a 1 in 4 weeks callout rota with premiums, and many call-outs can be sorted via phone.
What We’re Looking For in the new Refrigeration & AC Engineer:
- Proven experience in Refrigeration (most important)
- Strong skills in Air Conditioning & Ventilation (including kitchen extract systems)
- F-Gas licence
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Bonus skills (not essential): HVAC controls, commercial heating, pumps & motors
