Senior / Associate Mechanical & Electrical Design Engineer opportunity, working for a Stage 5 End to End Construction Building Services business in London.

Required:

  • Experience as a Design Engineer working with an MEP contractor
  • Strong understanding of installation, sequencing, and coordination at a detailed level
  • Familiarity with software such as Revit, IES, TAS, DesignBuilder, Relux, Dialux, and Amtech

Location: Based at a modern office in the Greenwich Design District

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (With flexibility if required)

  • Lead mechanical and electrical coordination within project teams
  • Deliver M&E designs to Stage 5 construction-ready standard
  • Produce coordinated 3D / Revit-based design packages

  • Attend construction sites to verify installation and compliance
  • Liaise with contractors, architects, and stakeholders
