BMS Project Manager wanted to join a very modern multimillion-pound business!
Salary up to £80K + Employee profit share bonus AND Management bonus scheme (although there will be flexibility for highly experienced candidates).
Location: Canary Wharf office with travel to site.
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 7am - 4pm.

Key BMS PM Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from pre-construction handover through to completion and aftercare support
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Drive programme performance, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
- Lead client and project meetings, providing clear progress updates and commercial reporting
- Oversee project health & safety compliance and environmental standards
- Manage technical submissions, RFIs, commissioning activities, and project close-out processes
- Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager managing construction or building services projects
- Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Metasys, or similar systems
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued between £2M to £4M
- Previous exposure to data centres or critical infrastructure
