New opportunity: BMS Project Manager - £40K to £72K basic salary DOE + Car allowance
Location: Office based in Kent (Commutable only by car to a remote area of Sevenoaks)
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch. Full time, Permanent
Scope of projects: Small works, Blue-Chip retail BMS installation projects between the values of £20K to £120K
Experience required: BMS PM background is essential, junior through to senior applications are welcomed.

They are looking for an additional PM/ Project Manager to join the team, since their main clientele (Retail giants) have continued to expand on partnerships. They need someone who comes from a BMS (Building Management Systems) background, will be able to work confidently with clients and engineers, and will share a goal of wanting to support and develop with the business.
This will actually be a hugely office based position because a lot of client interaction is handled by teams video calls, and co-ordinated very differently these days. There will be occasional travel to customer sites required, where expenses will be covered.
