HVAC Project Manager required for a highly successful Mechanical Contractor supporting Tier 1 construction clients in London.

Salary: Flexible depending on experience + Annual bonus based on individual performance

Hours: Also flexible - A great benefit with this employer is that they don't hold you to getting on site at a certain time. As long as your 40 hours are completed, and the projects are tracking, you have the autonomy of flexible hours.

Required: A minimum of 2 years HVAC Project Management experience is necessary.

The HVAC Project Manager job role: As the new HVAC Project Manager, you'll be overseeing a portfolio of large scale tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts, from pre-construction to handover. Projects will range in scale from £500K to £5M in value. This will be a field-based role mainly going out to sites across London, using the travel card provided by the company. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing site teams, HVAC subcontractors, suppliers and timelines
  • Ensuring HVAC compliance with health safety, quality and documentation
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders across all HVAC project phases
