  • Hybrid working-option for 2 days a week from home once fully trained.
Role;
  • Dealing with new commercial and non-standard insurance enquiries – contacting customers or introducing advisors. Closing saleObtaining relevant risk information, providing quotes and converting opportunities.
  • ‘Hot’ enquiries, no cold calling - all incoming enquiries
  • Management of own client accounts from inception to renewal.
  • Obtaining terms, building relationships and negotiate premiums.
Requirements;
  • Sales experience not necessary
  • This role would suit someone who has customer service experience with some exposure to insurance or sales environment.
  • Positive approach to contacting new enquiries in a timely fashion, with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach in every aspect of the role.
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Recognising opportunities and having confidence to ask for the business
