Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join an SME business based in Andover on a permanent basis. This is a varied part-time opportunity within a small and supportive finance team, with payroll as the primary focus alongside some wider administrative responsibilities.
Benefits:
- Salary up to £33,500 FTE, depending on experience and skills
- Part-time hours – Monday to Friday, flexible working hours can be discussed (27.5hr per week)
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 25 days over time

The Payroll Administrator Role:
- Take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Review and reconcile timesheets, overtime, commission and other payroll information
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and deal with payroll-related queries professionally
- Ensure all relevant payroll information is prepared and processed within required deadlines
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure any payroll queries are resolved promptly
- Provide support with wider finance and administrative duties when required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
The Ideal Payroll Administrator Candidate:
Previous experience in payroll administration is essential.
