Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join one of our prestigious clients based in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in a growing and transforming business, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, financial analysis, and delivering insight to business partners.
The Role:
- Oversee month-end close and reporting deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely outputs
- Prepare and develop management accounts with an emphasis on actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making across the business
- Complete and review balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on transparency and clarity
- Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to provide financial analysis, cost challenge, and strategic recommendations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes through robust reporting tools
- Identify and deliver process improvements, including enhanced reporting capability and automation
- Contribute to ongoing transformation and growth projects, using financial data to drive business performance
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or strong part-qualified
- Proven ability in financial analysis, data reporting, and business partnering
- Skilled in Power BI, Excel, and Sage 50 (or similar systems)
- Strong communicator, confident in presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware, proactive, and highly analytical, with a continuous improvement mindset
