Finance Manager
Salary - £40,000-£50,000 DOE
Full Time - 40 Hours per week
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join one of our valued clients based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing business, with the chance to become an integral part of the finance function.
The Role:
- Oversee and finalise payroll processes.
- Manage P&L reporting.
- Handle credit control and factoring.
- Prepare and post manual journals.
- Partner with operational teams to provide insight and support.
- Work closely with the Managing Director.
- Identify and deliver process improvements across finance.
- Contribute to ongoing transformation and growth projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager/Management Accountant role
- Skilled in Xero, payroll systems, and Excel
- Strong communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware and proactive.
