Dynamite Recruitment is currently supporting a high-profile client with an urgent requirement for a professional and proactive Office Coordinator to join their London-based team on a temporary basis. Based at their corporate office in EC3M, this is a highly visible role that blends front-of-house duties with facilities support and coordination, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy and fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the office floor daily
- Providing a professional front-of-house experience, greeting and registering visitors
- Managing building access, including issuing and disabling passes for visitors and contractors
- Booking loading bay slots for contractors and vendors
- Handling daily attendance reports
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail, including confidential executive mail
- Liaising with cleaning operatives and ensuring high standards of presentation across the office
- Conducting maintenance and welfare checks; escalating issues to maintenance teams or suppliers
- Performing confidential waste checks
- Coordinating deliveries of milk, fruit, and other office supplies
- Supporting emergency evacuation procedures
- Managing bookings for meeting rooms, desks, and in-house hospitality requests
- Carrying out ad hoc duties as required to support smooth office operations
