Administrator
This is a temporary position with an Immediate start
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full time Permanent, Monday to Friday 0830-1630.
Salary: £13.00- £13.50 per hour

Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in Southampton.

Due to growth plans our client is looking for an Administrator to join the business on a temporary basis .

As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Data processing specialist information onto the database
  • Compiling site survey reports and audits
  • Supporting with building plans and drawings using Microsoft Word, Visio
  • Updating online databases with legal information
  • Completing general administration

The ideal Administrator will have / be

  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Be fully competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Be able to pick up systems quickly.
  • Be adaptable to change.
  • Well organised
  • Be available asap.
