The Opportunity
We are working with a successful and growing financial planning practice in Kent who are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team and provide high-quality technical and report-writing support to their Financial Advisers.

This role would suit either a part-qualified Paraplanner working towards their Level 4 Diploma or an experienced Paraplanner looking to develop their technical skills and career within a supportive environment.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality suitability reports across investments, pensions, protection, retirement planning and inheritance tax planning.
- Analysing client information and carrying out technical research.
- Structuring advice in line with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting Advisers with pre- and post-client meeting preparation.
- Assisting with complex financial planning cases and technical queries.
- Producing cashflow modelling and financial planning illustrations where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflows using Salesforce.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Paraplanning or financial planning environment.
- A good understanding of the regulated financial advice process.
