BMS Applications Engineer (Technical Support Engineer) wanted to join a very modern multimillion pound business! Salary up to £60K + Employee profit share bonus (Although there will be flexibility for highly experienced candidates). Canary Wharf (Office based) Mon to Fri, 7am - 4pm.
Our client is a well-established and continuously growing BMS and M&E project delivery business operating across the critical infrastructure and high specification industries. This is a technically focused office based role centred around BMA configuration, commissioning, and technical support for field based Building Management Systems Engineers working on large-scale projects between values of £1M to £3M.

Key Responsibilities:
- Programme and optimise HVAC controls
- Integrate systems using protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and KNX
- Carry out graphics creation, supervisor set-ups, adjustments, and point commissioning
- Support fault finding and live building diagnostics
- Ensure project documentation and engineering standards are maintained consistently across projects
- Support energy optimisation and regulatory compliance across installed systems
Requirements:
- Strong software experience with platforms such as Distech, Niagara, Trend, Tridium, Metasys, or similar OEM BMS systems
- Strong understanding of live building environments and fault diagnosis
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Commutable to the Canary Wharf office
