As our customer base expands, we're looking for an enthusiastic Support Consultant who wants to grow into a handsâon implementation consultant over time, or become support team lead.

Day-to-Day RoleAs a Business Central Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries while gradually building the skills needed to progress into full consulting.
- Provide support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users across Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehousing and Manufacturing
- Investigate issues, replicate problems, raise tickets, and resolve queries efficiently
- Work with senior consultants to escalate complex issues and learn rootâcause analysis
- Help customers optimise their Business Central usage by identifying improvements and system enhancements
As your skills grow, if you want to move to consultancy, you'll be trained and mentored in:
- Requirements gathering and documenting customer needs
- System configuration, setup, and process mapping
- Data migration support
- Testing, UAT assistance, and go-live readiness
- Shadowing senior consultants on implementations and workshops
- Learning best practices across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Warehousing modules
Build strong relationships with end-users. Deliver walkthroughs, guide customers through features, and help them adopt new functionality. Communicate clearly and professionally via Teams, email, and phone.
What We're Looking ForYou don't need to be a fully-fledged consultant - this role is perfect for someone who has solid Business Central (or NAV) experience and wants to grow.
Essential- Experience supporting or using Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or Warehousing
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills
- Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset
- Eagerness to learn and develop into a consulting role or becoming Support Team Lead
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
- Experience with 3rdâparty apps such as Tasklet, Continia, etc.
- Basic reporting, or extension knowledge (not essential)
- Clear career pathway into Implementation Consulting or Support Team Lead
- Training, mentoring, and hands-on experience across multiple modules
