Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner for a primary school just outside Stamford. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for pupils and and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and health and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
