Sports Massage Therapist in Leeds

DynamicGolf and Dynamic Sports Massage Therapy are looking for a Freelance Sports Massage Therapist to support our growing client base of golfers, runners, padel players and other active clients.

This role is ideal for a therapist who wants the freedom of self-employment with strong potential to grow their own client base inside an established sports performance and coaching environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality sports massage and soft tissue therapy to active clients
• Assess, plan and deliver treatment for injury prevention, recovery and performance
• Provide clear aftercare advice and basic rehab/maintenance guidance
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold professional standards
• Represent and promote the DynamicGolf and Dynamic Sports Massage Therapy brands

Requirements

• Recognised Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Therapy qualification (Level 3/4 or equivalent)
• Valid professional insurance
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in working with sporting populations (golf, running, racket sports, etc.)
• Professional, reliable and confident working independently
• Strong communication and people skills

Hours & Availability

• Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Evening availability on selected weekdays

Additional hours can be added as your client list grows.

Pay

• Freelance / self-employed basis – fee split or rental terms to be discussed at interview
