DynamicGolf and Dynamic Sports Massage Therapy are looking for a Freelance Sports Massage Therapist to support our growing client base of golfers, runners, padel players and other active clients.
This role is ideal for a therapist who wants the freedom of self-employment with strong potential to grow their own client base inside an established sports performance and coaching environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality sports massage and soft tissue therapy to active clients
- Assess, plan and deliver treatment for injury prevention, recovery and performance
- Provide clear aftercare advice and basic rehab/maintenance guidance
- Maintain accurate client records and uphold professional standards
- Represent and promote the DynamicGolf and Dynamic Sports Massage Therapy brands
Requirements
- Recognised Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Therapy qualification (Level 3/4 or equivalent)
- Valid professional insurance
- Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with sporting populations (golf, running, racket sports, etc.)
- Professional, reliable and confident working independently
- Strong communication and people skills
Hours & Availability
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Evening availability on selected weekdays
Additional hours can be added as your client list grows.

Pay
- Freelance / self-employed basis – fee split or rental terms to be discussed at interview
