You will need to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure the smooth rollout of our application services to our customers, managing bespoke deployments and requirements. You will be responsible for the management of the rest of the operations team staff and work directly with the Tech Leads and Team Leads of the development teams. The operations team are also empowered to feed changes directly back to the applications they are deploying, to ensure the best possible customer experience. Internally, the majority of systems are SaaS based with a limited number of cloud-based traditional servers and applications. This team is wholly responsible for the internal systems and IT facilities. The data capture systems run a combination of off the shelf tools and custom applications for the purpose of online activity monitoring and analysis. These are used to provide our customers with insights into the online behaviour of opted-in market research participants. Our client has an out of hours on-call team (additional compensation is made) that you may be asked to join after a suitable settling in period. Our client employs modern development practices in our workflow, using Git alongside CI/CD, unit testing and open-source coding standards.
