Here’s the bit about the opportunity

This team focuses on expanding Fireblocks’ footprint across banks and large regulated financial institutions throughout the EMEA region.

This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving enterprise-level sales in the Nordics for one of Fireblocks’ most strategic verticals.

You’ll work closely with internal teams across Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product, and Marketing to deliver innovative digital asset solutions to traditional financial institutions.

You’ll be

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within your region.
  • Drive new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process — from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite, risk, compliance, and innovation teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDR, GTM, and Product teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in Fireblocks’ CRM.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and account coverage.

You’ll have

  • Enterprise sales experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional software.
  • Proven success selling to banks, custodians, or large regulated financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of banking procurement processes, including RFPs, compliance, and multi‑stakeholder decision‑making.
  • Exposure to or a strong interest in digital assets, tokenisation, and blockchain technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strategic, long‑term client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial and self‑driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
