We are working on behalf of a world leading engineering manufacturer and currently have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical / Multi-skilled Site Services Maintenance Technician at their site in Colwick, Nottinghamshire. Reporting to the Site Services Manager and working as part of the Site Services Maintenance team, the Site Services Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing preventative and reactive facilities maintenance, project work and new installations. Main Purpose of the Site Services Maintenance Technician:- Provide mechanical skills and knowledge to maintain the site, buildings, grounds and associated services and equipment. Core Duties of the Site Services Maintenance Technician: * Accurately and quickly diagnose and remedy faults and problems. * Oversee contractors and staff working on the premises. * Order equipment and materials. * Ensure a prompt, courteous and appropriate response to all customer requests. * Use of computerised maintenance management system for updating and recording of work and parts. * Ensure safety rules and standards are adhered to around the site. Skills / Experience: * Must have served a recognised Electrical apprenticeship with relevant qualifications and ideally be multi-skilled or prepared to cross skill. * Capable of working alone or as part of a team. * Experience required of working with all site services, new and existing installations, project work and PPM.
