A fast-growing, specialised network & communications managed service provider is looking to expand their highly skilled Network Team. They offer full managed services, across Enterprise Networks and Next Generation Security. Offering the chance to work with and upskill in the latest technologies including ACI, Cisco ISE, DNA Centre and SD-Access. The Role
As the Network Support Engineer, you will support customer enterprise networking environments. Acting as a midlevel engineer you will troubleshoot and remediate faults and networking.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Manage and troubleshoot customer network environments, acting as point of escalation within Enterprise networks and security.
- Act as point of contact for key client stakeholders.
- You will keep up to date with the latest trends in the networking space.
Skills and Experience Required
- 3 years of experience working in managed services.
- Experience in supporting EN LAN, DC, SDWAN environments.
- You will ideally hold a CCNA or CCNP certification with a passion to continue to develop your skillset.
- Ideally you will have experience working with the latest technologies from Cisco, including FirePOWER, ACI, DNAC, ISE, SD-Access and Umbrella. This is not essential, but solid Enterprise Network experience is.
- Must be an excellent written and spoken communicator.
- Must be able to interface with both technical and non-technical customers.
