One of the UK’s leading technology businesses is searching for a Collaboration Practice Lead to drive innovation across voice, video, and hybrid collaboration environments. You’ll lead a high-performing team delivering cloud-first UC and Contact Centre solutions—working directly with both public and private sector enterprise clients to modernise legacy systems and design future-ready architectures. What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the Collaboration Practice (team, services, P&L, roadmap)
* Acting as trusted advisor across pre-sales and strategic consulting
* Architecting and delivering hybrid collaboration solutions (Cloud Calling, UCM, Webex, Contact Centre)
* Mentoring engineers and developing service capability across managed and project services
* Driving continuous improvement and innovation, from core UC through to AI/Automation integrations
* Managing relationships with Cisco and key ecosystem partners
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years in a leadership role within Collaboration / UC
* Deep knowledge of Cisco Collaboration stack (on-prem & cloud)
* Previous experience to CCNP level
* Strong commercial acumen: able to shape services and sell consultatively
* A hands-on technical mindset, but equally strong in strategy, team development, and client engagement
