We’re working closely with a dynamic and well-established technology provider in Newcastle as they continue to expand their technical team. They’re looking for a talented and motivated Technical Support Engineer with a strong grounding across Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint support, and IT security. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in technical support who’s looking to deepen their knowledge, work with a modern tech stack, and get involved in a wide range of client environments. You’ll be working as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values initiative, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide expert 2nd/3rd line technical support across Azure, Microsoft 365, Endpoint/Intune, and security solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to users and clients, resolving issues efficiently and confidently.
  • Own incidents through to resolution, working across a broad portfolio of users and technical environments.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support new technology rollouts, onboarding, and solution deployment alongside senior engineers.
  • Keep security, performance, and user experience top of mind across all support interactions.
