At Dynamic Search, we specialise in connecting top-tier IT talent with some of the fastest-growing tech companies. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a German-speaking Support Administrator to join our Liverpool office and support one of our most successful recruitment teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, organisation, and working with digital tools to deliver results. You’ll be identifying skilled IT professionals in the German market, supporting outreach campaigns, and helping us target the right businesses - all of which play a key role in our team’s continued growth.
There’s also clear potential for progression. If you’re interested in moving into a client-facing position such as Account Manager, we’ll support you on that path. Prefer to grow in an operational or research-focused role? That’s equally encouraged.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source and engage top IT talent across the German market
- Support the German IT Business Lead in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Help build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
